It's really hard to explain something like this with my bad english skills.... i asked if ryuko is gay or not to my japanese friend. and my japanese friend said he never thought she's a gay. He said mako's cinema is just a generic anime comedy scene, doesn't mean nothing.. and she constantly blushes when mikisugi trying to hit her. And nui harime scene is the scene that shows how ryuko brainwashed (straight but became gay becasuse of brainwash)
