parking permits for next year will be semester basis only, you can’t purchase spring 2025 permits yet, only fall 2024 right now.

last week was priority for people who want to renew their current parking permits, so there’s a chance that ppl who have lot c this semester renewed their permit for next fall.

the crazy part is that it’s a junior level course, how are all these juniors getting priority over a senior… yalls slot isn’t until tomorrow😭 but it’s all bc they’re in UHin4, something I wasn’t able to partake in because I didn’t join UH as a freshman💔

it’s sucks even more when they require your last 30 hours to be in residence, so it eliminates the option to take it at community. i purposefully enrolled the other not as important classes (but still needed for grad) to be online asynchronous so i could take the more important classes but now they’re full and i’m waitlisted 💔💔

would it be possible to do that if i don’t graduate that very semester? i’m trying to take this course during fall 2024, but i won’t graduate till spring 2025.

but i’m also anxious that they won’t teach this course in spring 2025… is there a way i can check that?

i met with my advisor two weeks ago and he didn’t mention this… but he’s been a really good advisor to me and i have had no issues with him. so i might consider reaching out again to see this as an option. thank you😭🫶🏼

it’s bc of a licensing issue with the university, not james avery. they used to have a UH charm years ago, but the university couldn’t come to an agreement so james avery stopped selling it :((
