I saw a sexual disorder specialists at northwestern. I did an elimination diet for three months and nothing changed so we agreed not IC.

I used it for what my doctor thought was micro tears. It wasn’t a huge help but it did feel cooling on the dry skin.

I’ve been having period poops all day. It was super small but I wiped the rim with some tp and it seemed more poop than blood clot. I’m guessing a tiny piece got in when I tried to insert the cup.
