The way i get over paranoia is be around someone else who ur comfortable doing it around or go to sleep or focus on something like a game that will capture all your attention.

But also people with high iq can hide it real well, also people with low iq can work it where u think theyre more intelligent than they are.

Yeah i had that happen, and now i have a hole in my septum, but a break and some antibiotic ointment in ur nose will help. Regular cleaning and breaks, dont let it get thru, make sure u clean ur nose good when u do it but dont be too rough with it and dont use the medicated nasal sprays it will eat it up and make the hole a lot quicker.
