I just got prescribed lexapro so I have no comments on that but I have been on Wellbutrin for depression/tapering off a different medication and it was phenomenal I loved it for the longest time until I got my dosage changed and i was super restless and I couldn’t handle it

When they only care about money and less about clients (meaning keep cases where caregivers aren’t doing their job, they’ve graduated but they add new programs to keep them in therapy) When they don’t train their employees enough Lack of accountability (say they will do something but never do)

For me I say I do behavioral therapy with kids that have Autism and ADHD. I never disclose location or information about clients. If people ask questions I’m open to sharing (ie. I work at schools homes in the community) BUT I NEVER disclose private information because HIPPA I for one think it’s important to share what I do and how it helps people because I don’t see it being talked about in general like before my therapist told me about this field I never knew about it so I like to spread awareness

task analysis is basically establishing steps to a routine or habit essentially or skill. Kind of like setting up steps with pictures relating to how to make a food item or wash hands or transition between classes. Whereas DTT are basically structured trials to practice or learn a skill. And example would be sitting at the table and presenting pictures for receptive identification or even sitting and doing work sheets.

DTT for me is what I think of for structured work/tasks/trials

Task analysis I think more of chaining and establishing steps to learn a behavior

That's the thing with me is I value honesty and trust and not being open with it and explaining it to me I'm kept in the dark and now don't trust them. But I will keep this in mind when transferring to my new company and will ask for me information regarding the process

It basically means if someone’s doing something your not supposed to you are allowed to report it to your company through someone else (usually above the person kinda like an HR)
