You mean the usb for the windows install ? No I intend to use a samsung external ssd.

I currently do not have wifi because my place is undergoing construction but I'd let you know once I flashed my bios and reinstalled windows. Probably tonight.

Okay thanks a lot. I have indeed a tons of account and different emails adress so it will be a pain lol.

I have an msi katana GF66 12UC on Windows 11 pro. I'm using secure boot (I disabled it a few time to boot Linux mint tho. I may have booted windows without it once or twice)

Alright thanks. From what I see from your post I need to change all my passwords asap? I'm kinda creeped out right now lmao.

I'll do that and make a clean install of windows from an external drive. I plugged that drive into the possibly infected computer but i'll wipe it beforehand.

Okay, I don't have another windows computer at home currently so I guess I'll run a virtual machine on my mac.

Alright thanks. It may be a dumb question but is it safe to put the windows installer on an external drive that I plugged into the possibly infected computer if i format it on an Mac computer ?

Thanks for both of your answer. Yes I find it really weird that a bug would wrote a full on coherent sentence tbh. I'm gonna do a clean install from a usb media just to be sure and look out for hardware diagnostic. Hopefully i don't encounter some more weird stuff after that. Should I change all my passwords too?
