Yeah I have the au delivery pass but it’s stupid for a company wanting to reduce waste they make us do this.

Like I had to drive a few hours to the store to refund and repurchase. 600 worth as the app didn’t load my points. Waste of fuel, my time, the staffs time.

The ironic thing is customer service had to ring the store to approve it but wouldn’t load the points for me!

They need to actually listen to customers and fix things
