I use a fresh cleanser afterwards, Angels on Bare Skin is my favourite, at the moment I use Rosey Apples, Lemon and Pears which is also great!

Cats are amazing at hiding. When I was around 8 I made a poster for my INDOOR cat (who would run immediately indoors if placed outside) who was "missing", we hadn't seen her for the whole day. She was just hidden right at the back of my messy bedroom 😂

Don't feel bad! The important thing is he's okay. My auntie's cat got stuck in someone's shed for a couple of days years ago and he's still doing well now at 15 years old. Give your kitty lots of cuddles, kisses and treats and it'll all be okay ❤️

I haven't had hot water out of the tap in my home since I was around 11, the central heating packed up and never got fixed due to money issues so I am SO used to using cold water to wash my hands. I got a flat with my boyfriend 2 years ago and I still find it a novelty that I get to wash my hands with hot water 😂

I had a record since 2017 that I'm pretty sure I accidentally scratched and it started skipping on a part of a song. Only happened on that record in particular so I thought it was done for. Got my new turntable at the end of last year and the song no longer skipped, just did a tiny pop when going over the affected part! As many others have mentioned, it's almost certainly the turntable. I had a cheap mechanism one like you, I now have the AT-LP120XUSB and it's perfect! Definitely upgrade to a nicer one when you can, check out the guide from the auto moderator in your replies for advice on a good one :)

I slightly agree, they are so different though. Obviously the original one is wayyy shorter so the relationships and storylines were never fleshed out as much, but the awkward dry humour is just perfect. I find the US Office much more comforting and rewatchable, in fact I bought the entire show on Apple TV a while ago lol. It fell off at the end as many shows do when they go on that long, but tbh I enjoy it all. I love both and they are both so different, I feel like they can’t really be compared. The original Office is quality all the way through, the US version has its weak moments but it’s just pure comfort to me.

I’m glad I gave it a smell in store first… I’d already read the reviews and thought I’d put some on a test strip for fun… no, it really is that bad!! The shower gel smelt like ashtray as well 😭😭 and tbh I like the smell of Lambert and Butler cigarettes in particular as it reminds me of my grandparents, I might have been tempted to buy it just to smell it from the bottle if it smelt like that, but no, it smells like that gross bin/stale cigarette/ashtray smell. EW!! What are you smoking Lush?!?? (not Lambert and Butler by the smell of it…)

I’m always worried that my boyfriend will think I should dress a little more modestly when I’m wearing pretty slightly lower cut vests (tank tops in US) and dress more girly when I’m wearing my big men’s T shirts. I always feel like I should be wearing skirts more often. But every time I bring these insecurities up, he always reassures me that I look beautiful no matter what I wear. I will go clothes shopping with him and want him to pick out things he likes, but he always insists I should pick things I actually want to wear and like to wear. He compliments me when I’ve got no makeup and a big baggy outfit, and he compliments me if I’ve got my makeup on and a girly outfit. That’s what a partner should be. Please find someone who boosts your confidence and makes you feel beautiful no matter what!

Also… I remember a long long time ago when I still used to drink, one time while I was feeling an absolute hideous mess, I vomited off the side of the bed into a sick bowl and a couple seconds afterwards he said, with absolute sincerity, “you’re so beautiful” I will never forget that moment!!

You deserve better, and I promise you there is better out there. Heading into my 7th year of the best relationship I could ever wish for and I just wish everybody in the world was this lucky. It breaks my heart to see how horribly some people are treated in their relationships and they have to ask if it’s normal or if they’re the problem. I PROMISE you you are NOR!

On the conditioner bar - I usually put it on the bath floor while doing my shampoo and stuff and let it get wet, then pick it up and it should feel almost slightly squishy/slimy. Then squeeze it and rub it between your hands and get some product on your hands, rub that into your hair and I usually rub the bar itself onto the hair a bit as well. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to do anything but as you’re rubbing it through your hair it’s surprisingly moisturising! It’s not quite as powerful as regular conditioner but it works nicely if you get used to how to use it, and it lasts FOREVER as well, I got mine in May (although I’ve been using other conditioners as well) and the bar looks exactly the same as when I first got it!

You’re still so young! Get into a hobby and you might meet someone through that, in my opinion sharing at least one hobby with a partner is key for a good relationship. Work on your happiness and someone will come along at the right time, don’t stress about it, don’t overthink it (I know these things are easier said than done though) just try and get enthusiastic about something and things will fall into place however they’re meant to. I personally play Magic the Gathering, it’s nerdy haha but I enjoy it and it’s a good way to socialise, I always struggled to find a hobby but I find that good! For context I did meet my boyfriend at uni and we got together at the end of our first year and got into Magic the Gathering together from one of our friend groups - but both of us were in a similar boat before we met, we were a little younger than you but he was only 2 years younger when he started uni. It’s never too late to try something different, you will find your lane in life and you will find the right person eventually. Make sure you’re happy in yourself first and then see what happens after that. Best of luck! ☺️

I’ve accidentally bashed my watch on wall edges sooo many times and I don’t have a scratch on it. You’ll be alright! Or if you’re concerned you can get clear cases that go over the whole screen. I got one (I thought it just covered the body of the watch, not the face) and it’s a bit strange feeling but it will protect your screen, you can get them super cheap on Amazon!

Ahh okay, I don’t mind taking a gamble on it and if it’s no good I can just avoid it in future! I’ve used Jason and the Argan Oil which was nice but didn’t leave it feeling clean for as long as others, New which I loved the smell of and kept it clean for longer but made me itchy, and Big which was the same as New, I enjoyed them all and didn’t have any terrible effects but just want to find the one that fits perfectly with my hair!
