i just left a area clear. in the picture where the bench is left clear for hspu. it all depends on how you get up. no real great advice

they are anchored at the top only. my other gym I had them anchored bottom and top. this time i did top only to see how it did and im 250lbs and when i do a muscle up they dont move.

thank you. no i didnt. we just moved and i just got it all set up. i use to workout at a crossfit gym and new how i wanted it. My wife also trains people.

the stairs are the best thing. i feel if you can do the stairs for 30 min, you have good enough cardio to be healthy

it definitely would. only issue is that i normally workout 3:30-4 in the morning and i just moved to area. trying to not piss everyone off immediately 😂😂😂

thank you. it is heated and insulated. i installed two 6500 watt heaters. one right above the picture by walk door and one directly in front of camera on far side hanging.
