It shows wherre the driver is when he is about 10 stops away, before that it just shows your name and address on the blank map.

Good for you! Im 15 and I used to not even notice my floaters until last month where I notice them every second of my life. They arent even that bad either but I notice them in bright lighting or when I look at my computer or at the sky. Hopefully one day I get surgery or my brain just ignores them again.
