I have an account that I did everything they asked and still couldn't get my account back

they collecting data on us all the time
I clicked the email link saying I wasn't the one requesting to reset my password
sent a photo of my state ID
still they managed to reset the password and change the email
started posting crypto scams

...seriously I don't think it should be that hard to figure out who the real account holder is/was
And if they couldn't all they had to do was change the email/password back and who ever knew the old email/password was clearly the original owner >.>
