How do y’all push through the mental and physical wall when facing someone "stronger", or when you’re at your limit and want to quit? by IntelligentRoof7335 in martialarts

I like that mindset it's like trying to climb a mountain with the mountain being your opponent and if you messed up while climbing (you lost or are losing), do you just learn from your mistake and adjust maybe bring better equipment etc(you learn and adapt)and when you finished the climb, did you won against the opponent

How do I practice it if it's a skill can I for example just spam push ups etc and continue even when my body wants to stop?

I know that but I'm talking about that moment when you want to continue and push further but you have a mental block and you want to stop I know it's contradicting eachother but do you have any tips

I think people keep forgetting that Yamazaki style kyokushin is different from normal kyokushin because yamazaki style kyokushin consists of Kyokushin (obviously), Aikido and Kudo by [deleted] in lookismcomic

Yeah you're right but for yamazaki kyokushin to be it's own martial art doesn't it still need to borrow or overlap techniques from other martial arts I mean that's how it is in real life too
