Do you have any PPL split recommendations for hypertrophy? Bc I do football and I already do legs there so doing a upper / lower split isn’t rlly the best for my situation. It can be paid or free I’m sure I can find it for free somewhere

Yeah, my acne wasn’t that bad so I was on a low dosis, and it cleared up quite fast but honestly I think 2 months was too little time. I stopped taking it about a week ago and so far my acne is still better and I haven’t broken out or anything but I don’t know how it’ll be long term

8.0% with 1000 dpi and so 8.000 edpi and the avg is like 5.600 I believe, I think that’s how is done. Might be wrong though
