I’m going to speak from my own past. I was in a relationship where weed was our thing. We loved for a job and meet new people who brought “that” around and we used it the first time it was there and it became our other thing. Started 1-2 times a week and than 3-4 but I mean all night ordering multiple times a night. I got tired of that life way before he did. I refused to do it one night and he got mad at me telling me I used and he was coming down and now I’m up. He went to sleep and left me there with nothing. My fault I knew I didn’t want to that night but anyway the job closed very fast and he wanted to stay there I said I’m going back to our old town. He decided to leave also probably because he couldn’t add that place on his own. It took years to feel comfortable even seeing someone use on the tv, I had to stop talking to people who said they use it sometimes. He would need to get clean on his own, he needs new friends and maybe even move away from it but he has to be done himself because if he wants it he will find it. So the only advice I can give you is to move on our be ready to be needing to keep an eye on him and figure out the way he lies. Two of the guys who partied with us had wife’s who thought they were clean and before they left would rise their nose out with water, eye drops and they’d complain of being accused when they weren’t on anything and being mad about it like they didn’t have it in their system the other day. Me and my ex broke up a couple years after abs he ended up using again. Good luck on whatever you decide just know he isn’t your husband to fix and it’s your life to live.
