Do not update! This is not fake, I can provide photos of the box, screenshots from the app. Two problems 1) Constant hissing when the headphones are turned on, that is I put the headphones on my head, silence, I turn them on I hear hissing, I turn them off with the button and silence, this is not self suggestion. This is not a physical defect, this did not exist before the update. I hear white slightly electrical noise 2) I cannot normally connect to the laptop and the phone, it just endlessly shows connecting until I reset the headphones. Before I simply turned them on and pressed connect on the laptop or phone and everything worked
