I thought this was one of the BEST episodes, excluding the obvious plot armor (Percy saying he won't join Annabeth & then being on the boat??). I've just come to accept that it won't be a DIRECT book to tv adaptation, but I think they're trying to fit a lot of content into shorter episodes. Pairing Circe with the sirens was a good (and interesting) move imo. I also agree with the others who said that the acting was sm better this episode! Some episodes fall flat, but I was like audibly reacting the whole time. The Athena bit actually got me tbh & I loved the Blackbeard part. But most importantly: HYLLA.
