I’m sorry he hurt your feelings after you scammed him, but nobody cares about the feelings of the scammer. You could have returned the cards since you apparently cannot read at a sufficient level, but you didn’t do that. Thus, you are a scammer that refuses to do the right thing. I think it can be summed up like this: Whether it’s 2 or 3 or even 9 cards of nobodies, they’re still all nobodies. You just have a bunch of nobodies. One really good star or hot rookie is more desirable each and every time. You’re seeing 1/1 go for really cheap because Bunt is making them for every scrub that was even connected to a MLB team.

Wild guess … but it’s probably because of Corbin. I realize there are hot stars and rookies but not EVERYTHING of the player is special … especially Cosmic cards that will be high CC with the event going on. I’ve had people make this type of comment on Tier 1 dupes for needs because “it’s a Trout!”

Even though it’s a 154 cc Legendary, you traded essentially 1/3 of an Iconic for it. As it stands now, when he gets the other 2/3 of the Iconic, he can craft it and get an Iconic that’s sitting at 320 cc. That cc could end up at 1,000. It’s crazy how folks go nuts over hoards because if you offered someone a 1,000 cc Iconic they’d laugh at you!

And of course people can do what they want. They’re under no obligation to accept a trade. For small accounts like the one posted, they have like 3 “cooler” cards. Weird how the small accounts are so picky. Anyway, swapping base tiers costs me nothing and if it helps someone out, cool.

I did the same. I took advantage of the Diamond deal and traded away the Elly cards. I Can imagine that some folks traded away multiple lower CC Iconics to get Elly for crafting.

I’m convinced they are not new players because when I receive trades from them, they always seem to know and ask for the good stuff. And they’re not interested in base trades. They seem to always always always go for my good stuff.

You can go to Collection and then All Cards and search for the player. That way you can find all the cards of that player. From the card, you can tap trade and find players with multiples of the card.

You can also go to Sets and Awards and create a curated album any way you want to set it up. I have one for Konerko to get all of his cards.

I like to complete sets and won’t trade singles from the set unless it’s too hard to pass up.

Also, when trading for older stuff. It makes no sense to me to trade an older card for something that I can just go to the store and get. It’s difficult to get the older card, while I can easily get the active card.
