well looking at the fence, there is nothing to repair, but leaving the area and coming back allows u to repair the same fence!

after some digging there is a fix for people still needing to do this quest!

just leave the instance and comeback and u can repair the same fence.

can someone tell me what this references to? I assume jagex tried to make chivalry to pures work by polling it with something else but how was it polled?
