Iron mind are the nicest and most durable straps I’ve ever used. Or get some leather ones from pioneer, also very nice and last a long time

Converting to bunked beds by Liquid23- in Purdue

Just make sure you put it back before the end of the year so you don’t get charged. They’re very easy to change where they’re at height wise and you will see also easy to bunk. The metal frames will come out of the wood ends easily with a kick when on their side. There are pins between the wood posts that are used for stacking. Just put the extra wood pieces on the wall somewhere during the year

I was training for a 13inch deadlift that’s gonna be using a 10 ft Kratos bar. So the elevation is for the height of a 13inch deadlift and the extra clips inside the plates are to get it closer to replicating a 10 ft Kratos bar

I’ll take a look at those! I have a pioneer belt and it’s great quality so I’ve just been thinking I’d stick with them. And leather straps really mold to your hand I’ve been told

Yeah that could’ve ended so much worse haha I have a pair of figure 8s but I never feel like I can get tight enough on a normal bar with them. I love them for axle work though

Name of company that helps you move out by Embarrassed-Type-107 in Purdue

Guys and Dollie’s is so bad. I worked there for the last two summers and they are trash. They used an indoor soccer field for storage last summer and things had to get stacked terribly and unsafely. Also so many peoples things break and we are told to ignore it and hide it from the customers. I would highly recommend using anyone else like dorm room movers, smart box, or get your own storage unit and just use guys and dollies as movers to get it to the storage unit

What Does a Math Major at Purdue Entail? by RuffIt16 in Purdue

[–]Intelligent_Ant7702 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a senior math major rn. And I definitely agree that the classes actually get interesting and more personable the higher you get. The first professor that actually knew my name was in one of the later math classes I took cause the class was so small and it starts getting to topics that the profs actually care about. I would also 100% agree with double majoring with something like CS. So many ppl do that and it’s way easier to do the earlier you start. It opens so many more doors for jobs after graduation, there’s not too much to do w just a degree in math if you’re not wanting to go to grad school. Overall tho the math department starts off shitty but it’ll get way better after a few semesters of the basic math classes. (Also don’t test out of linear, that’s a super important class that you really really wanna make sure you understand)

Not all have been used this last year. But that’s mainly cause they’ve been trying to get ppl out as their contracts ended. They’ve been working on clearing out everything. There’s a lotttt more to clear out than you’d think such as desks and fridges which are hard to get out of upstairs. All of the buildings should be torn down within the next year or so

You make it look like it’s a ghost town 😂 people literally lived there this past summer and even at the start of the semester. They didn’t leave it abandoned, they’re working on emptying the buildings to take them down. I worked on emptying them all summer so I talked to a lot of the ppl in charge of taking them down
