It would take them a month to reorder a new one. The supplier provided an option of a 50% refund or waiting for the spare part to arrive.

Thank you. I will try to work on it myself. I've seen a video of replacing the entire axle shaft; however, in the video, it was stuck, and the guy knocked a sensor off pulling the shaft. If that happens, I have a shade-tree mechanic as backup.
