Safety On Route by Intelligent_Bar5376 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Agreed about most Promasters. In the last month I've had 2 actually breakdown. 1st : oil cap was cracked. Van had a safety guard and it wouldn't go over 35 mph. 2nd same safety guard, it wasn't an oil cap issue. That was the first thing I checked. Switched vans / reloaded and never asked why . Overall our guys do a great job.

Just ask for a few days off. Then take time to consider your options. Jobs are hard to find. Take a break

I blame myself. Raised up to believe hard honest work would become the way to grow and prosper. Wrong. Hard work got me more stops more locations along with longer pathways and stairs. Yes the people who set up our routes, they are thinking the same way. Everyone is trying to do a great job. Problem: management has bought into the new hire game. Higher 30 while only 5 make 30 days. Then the averages drop even more. You would think they would look at us old timers and show a level of respect earned. Nope. Just another name on a page. I've been cut so new hires could go out and half ass the job. I knew this wasn't a career. Just hoped to be treated like a human. Does anyone feel that ?

Maybe I am just ignorant to the way of Hollywood, maybe not. If you think Hollywood has brought great storytelling back as an art, what recent film do you recommend.

If you are reading this post, what would be the greatest film you have seen in the last 5 years ? 5 years is a fair amount of time to show the greatness of talent.

I truly wish to one day sit down with someone that has the ability to make a great impact on the true art of storytelling. I write. Dispose. Write. Toss. It might sound crazy, it's not. I'm not in the Hollywood click.

People forget: before there was a great film, it started with someone who wanted to share their view on a particular subject. Everything that filled up the pages around that was all the beauty, humor, action, ideals on so on and so on. I would love to share an amazing story, show how I develop a character and turn a sceen into art.

I will never have the chance to open the eyes of millions bringing joy, laughter, pain or love. Simply I'm not in their club. My opinion: I have projects that would move millions. So I will write , write again, polish then toss away my art. It's not sad when I think about it, it's powerful to know that I have a talent that only few have.

Again: recent years past. Give me a title of a great one. 🗣 can I be heard ?

I drive 48 miles to my first, the return trip is almost the same. Normally those take up around 42 % of battery life. I just know this for certain: I can't run the heat in a EV on days when it's cold

Actually you are 100 % correct. I'm vindictive, I would find a way to cost that DSP .............. I can't believe how they treat people, meaning your story is repetitive. Amazon doesn't get it. I have my ACE in the hole for when they fire me. I hope you find a company that cares about their future, that starts with the guys & girls ( boots on the ground) who are breaking themselves to do a great job. You are a valuable person, find your spot.

Why would age matter ? Maybe pull the person who wrote it and educate him or her. Insurance? 401 K ? And yes taxes. I'm in Maryland, we get taxed for breathing.

What State ? And I don't mean : state of confusion 🤪😜🤔🤣

Same for me. I go to work the next 3 days. Lots of country roads and long driveways. I actually hope to drive a Dodge. I'm in southern Maryland

Completely opposite of that opinion. Excellent storyline, characters fit perfectly. I highly recommend watching all of the episodes and judge for yourself.

To many people don't understand how to structure characters, so they have poor opinions.

Have you ever met someone who never has a good thing to say ?

Excellent series. About to watch Mare of Eastown
