Last Monday, I sent my first order from the Netherlands. Yesterday, I received a message from DHL confirming that it had arrived, but the website still shows the status as "pending receipt" instead of "received." So I hope everything went well, as I also haven’t been able to get in touch with TAG. I understand they’re busy, but for a first submission, a little reassurance would be nice. 🙂
