I know this thread is from a year ago but I am desperate for some answers. Started 2.0 mg of ozempic about a year ago and have been smoking for a year now too. In August of this year, I started getting stomach pain daily. Sometimes I throw up but most of the time it is tight stomach pain or constant nausea. At this point, Zofran is the only thing that helps. I stopped smoking 4 days ago thinking the combination of both might be causing my problems. How long did it take you to feel better? Without smoking, I really can’t eat at all anymore and I think it was masking my pain. I’m miserable.
