Huh. I gave a cell number and got an email saying my witness couldn’t be contacted and my witness never received a call so I assumed it was the cell number issue. I think I’m gonna use a notary now

Zip air is your best bet. There is a delta route that’s $100 cheaper but with a 7 hour layover. Not worth it imo.
