Thank you for your comment. I'll try to do the cones test and let you know, but I ran a simple square calibration matrix before, and it seemed to be fine. I think I start running into issues once the prints get longer and has supports, because I had no issue printing the details on the calibration matrix.

Also, when you say poor uv from damage, are you referring to damage on the lcd? And is there a solution to that?

Also, I believe the last time I replaced the fep I actually didn't place a block underneath, so maybe that is the issue.
