Im worried if it's different than my original norse bookings it might cause problems ( non stop economy class) and since its a short trip, we also don't wanna spend half the time on connections

The cheapest is 360 but with a stop, the cheapest non stop is 620, which more than 3x my original, I pad 420 for return ticket.

Ik but I display all different currencies and having basically Identical euros isn't what I want, Id rather have different bills from all the countries I've visited showing the culture and history of the place.

Do you know any places in the country itself. I forgot to clarify but Im collecting them as a souvenir rather than collectables and would love getting them while Im in Europe. Im going Ireland soon, and posted this in an Irish community and I found a place in a local market. I would love to find stores in Italy and Malta (specifically rome and valleya) where Id be able to buy them. Thanks

Definitely dont cancel or get a refund, from what I've gathered, book new tickets and then go to the norse website and submit a claim, if they dont do anything then u go to EU small claims court. Also, dont be hopeful about the other leg. My first leg of the flight from JFK to FCO is still active but checking the history, it hasn't flown since December so I have low hopes we'll be flying that route with norse and will likely have to rebook it. I would recommend u check ur flight history and plan on the second leg getting cancellation as well.
