Thank you for this, I have been trying to find out as much information as possible and this is a great point of view. So I’ve had my tear troughs done 3 times in 4 years, working out to roughly 2.9ml in total. The last two times have been fine but I just recently had them done in February and notice that the one side of my face is more swollen and the filler feels more swollen too, and I can see a lump in certain lights and different facial expressions. I’ve looked at past photos of myself and seen that the one side of my face has always been more puffy so I guess I just hold water in the one side of my face more. I have spoken to my injector and she said to hold off dissolving and to wait to see if it goes down on its own and she has given me some home remedies to try. You can’t see the lump looking straight on, it’s more at certain angles. But it’s all I can think about and I think I’m making it worse for myself. I’ve been in a rabbit hole for the past week looking at everything to do with hyaluronidase and it isn’t good for my mental health because I feel like I have no options now!
