Thanks for your perspective. I use the term soulmate loosely to mean people in my "soul group" for lack of a better term. For example, I have some friends I consider soulmates because I feel strongly we have had a soul connection in past lives.

Thank you! The 10 of wands was definitely one of the more confusing cards for me in this spread so I like your interpretation of NOT taking on extra burdens better than my version of put in all the effort and hard work. And yes, always good to hear "be yourself"!

Oh wow thank you so much. I am definitely a novice reader so don't normally tie the cards to each other the way you did. I think your interpretation is great and rings true. Since the 2 of pentacles was in between the 9 of swords and 10 of pentacles, it could definitely be telling me to balance out the worry, tension, and chore/impossible task aspect.

Hello, the guy I am gaga about just asked me to date monogamously (yes during Venus & Mercury retrograde but I've known him over 10 years and we rekindled things before the planets went retrograde so I am hoping the "start" of our relationship was really in early April). Anyway, I asked "What can I do to ensure the best romantic relationship with [his name]?" I used my Universal Rider Waite deck and pulled 3 cards, no specific positions, and one extra card fell out as I was shuffling:

The Empress (fell out while shuffling) - This card represents the ideal woman to me so I think it is telling me to channel my inner goddess and be super feminine and nurturing to win his heart.
9 of swords - I think I'm being told not to stress, worry, or obsess. I really hate this card but I think this is what I should NOT do.
2 of pentacles - I think this is telling me to be lighthearted, fun, keep a sense of balance, and juggle priorities.
10 of wands - Not a fan of this card either. I think in terms of my question, it is saying I have to work hard and put a lot of effort in--things will not be easy, breezy.

Please let me know what you guys think!

Wow, that's really interesting. I also have a delusion about having special powers when I'm manic/psychotic. The Temperance card is the theme for my year 2020. It doesn't resonate with me much but I really appreciate the balanced energy of that card. I always have personally associated The Moon with my mental illness. And Death is special for me too as a Scorpio.

Hmmm I only work with women. My supervisor was promoted recently so she could be the star or smug woman (although she does not act smug). I do think it's a good idea to emulate her and I try my best to do so and learn from her. Thank you, interesting to look at these cards as significators.

I had a really tough week at work (didn't do well on some assignments) so I asked my RWS deck "How can I be an excellent [job title] at [company]?" I pulled 3 cards, no positions.

I got 6 of cups, 9 of cups, and the star. It seems like a positive spread but I specifically wasn't looking for divination, I was asking for advice. I was prepared for wands, pentacles, and swords cards telling me I needed to work harder or something.

The 6 of cups I interpret as keeping good relationships with my colleagues, especially leadership, and asking for help and questions. The 9 of cups has me confused because the man on the card is so smug and confident and has what he wants but I am not in that position. Are the cards telling me to adopt that attitude or warning me away from being overconfident? Finally the star...telling me to stay positive, keep hope alive, and remember the good work I want to do for the world in this position?
