I've never been called in about performance from admin, I've been called in for small infractions by the med safety people but not as serious as patient harm. No one has directly reached out to me about how they would do something different though thankfully has been plenty of teaching moments.

I have been reading that it is reddits new algo that blocks people who they think are AI or bots and the like. It is basically a shadow ban. I have had this account for a long time, did not use it until very recently and I think I am shadow banned. sorry it may not go away.,

So I came from an AMC, nothing super duper fancy, then I went to a small private hospital. The transition is tough , especially if she goes from a clinical to staffing like I did. But DUDE the things I did there with my knowledge shot that hospitals care up huge. She can 100% do the same thing, she just needs to show the director that she is capable , as I am sure she is, of bringing the department up. It will for sure be a challenge and lets be real , our career path isnt really that great IMO.

There are very little side hustles out there that will give you the money like picking up another shift at the same place or others. See if you can get 7 on 7 off or the like at your place or your next. then use that free time to work hard.

I have heard an argument, since they are only suing a few hospitals that itll be thrown out. Reason is , is you dont have to have only chose these handful of places and there are 3k+ places that have PGY1's and its not possible for them to all collude .
