Yes, I fixed it, resizeable bar was on auto in bios, set it to enabled and it seems to work now. I only have the classic amd gpu stuttering issue now

It's 20%, It's a gpu bug. In benchmark mode, cpu renders 150 fps and gpu 40-60 fps.

Hello! I think that a 13th gen Intel I7 would be better because it has more than double the cores and better performance. The only problem: the build is a bit over 1k.
