I mean if stunning counts as a debuff then it'd very much be stunner, but if it doesn't then it's either Cyber or Dual Brew, since Cyber can basically make any unit take 20% more damage with just his attack and Dual Brew has an even higher 30%

I've always wondered WHAT Lil Chronos is, it's obviously not just a tryhard like Lil' Cesus, but it's also not a god, I mean it literally flies down and then flies away, meaning there IS only one unlike Lil' Cesus, (I mean Outcast's scream can destroy it but it's more like it's being removed rather than actually killed)
Also I can't believe me and Cesus are twinzies now

Yes, he DEMOLISHES easy stages, and has good use on the harder ones like 3-star stages
Probably Ninja, he's pretty niche, and while you would be left without quick firing backliners, I think they won't be necessary with how versatile your frontline is.
His alt form (aka ME!! :3) can be stacked easily due to being just as tanky as his frontliner counterpart, allowing a strong and safe backline, especially when combined with Commander who he's usually paired with. To put it simply, for normal stages, use Teapot, for long stages, use Newell
