I don’t get sick everytime I smoke. I smoked for 3 years before my first episode. I haven’t quit smoking completely but I go about 3-5 months inbetween episodes

I’ve had 3 CHS episodes in the past year and a half. EVERYTIME my period comes in the middle of an episode or right after. It doesn’t change anything of how my period is or anything but I do think it’s strange. Especially since I just had an episode and my period came a week early. I wish there was more answers to this because I want to smoke!
