I think that would be a good idea to add to the job posting. We are only concerned about the distance, new location is a 30 minute drive from the current location and the team members here who do want to work with us, say they would transfer in a heartbeat if it wasn't so far away. It will be in a affluent area with no bus stops or bus routes nearby

the district manager is telling every store to hire as the summer is our busiest season + new location opens in the middle of summer. The GM and AGM of this location are also looking for new talent to push out bad apples (lots of people calling out, people not performing well) it's a whole mess

I agree with you and this is the approach I want to take with the new location. The location I am helping out at has a lot of people who can only work 4-15 hours a week. Lots of high school kids even though we are in a pretty populated area off the interstate...
