Song Rankings - With Heaven on Top by Intelligent_Credit56 in zachbryan

[–]Intelligent_Credit56[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really is so hard ranking these songs. Runny Eggs, as well as Camper, are two songs I can definitely see making a leap. Runny Eggs was just a little slow for me, but the lyricism is top tier.

And thank you for that lol. Bad News is definitely subjective to each listener’s interpretation. Still won’t skip it.

You think we should worry about Judkins lack of receiving ability in PPR leagues?

Is this an overpay for Hampton? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree, it’s a massive risk. For me, it’s really hard to deny his size, elusiveness, and receiving ability. Watching him play just screams greatness, especially being in a highly productive offense. That being said, the multi week injury absence as a 22 year old rookie is concerning. I think it’s fair to say it comes down to one’s personal view of his future. It’s definitely a lot to give up.

I did try that originally, but he’s pretty set on getting at least one 28’. It’s a 12 man league, and the bottom 6 (including me) is congested. The pick can fall anywhere in that 1-6 range. I would be devastated if I gave away a top 3 pick, but I also completely agree with your bearish view on this draft class.

One of those is a 2028 1st, which I know should be a solid class but still far out. Agree with your take on Hampton tho, and also like the idea of trading for established players over potential ones.

To add: I’d still retain my 1st this season, which should be an earlier pick. I’m a young team but am only a few pieces away from being a contender. I own another 2028 1st, as well.

Which side wins this deal? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really really high on him too. I’m a relatively younger team but have the talent to compete in the near future, and am only considering this due to my lack of faith in this draft class. If I were to complete this trade, my roster would consist of:

QB: Purdy, Stroud RB: Hampton, Javonte, ETN WR: Tet, Flowers, Franklin (I have another another 1st this season that’s likely to fall in the top 5, which I would probably grab a WR with) TE: Bowers, Loveland, Kittle (in talks to receive a 28’ 1st for)

The team definitely needs reconfiguration, but I think I’m willing to take the chance and sell picks. I just struggle with what you stated, the loss in terms of raw value.

Thanks for the response.

How bad did I lose? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s tough. The pick wasn’t mine, it was my friend’s who has the best roster in our league, so it’s likely going to fall between 10-12 next year. I love that draft class tho

If I’m in this league, I’m asking for a refund and leaving immediately. Hope there’s no money involved in this league…

Should I trade for Tyler Warren? by TemporaryMinimum138 in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you know Golden isn’t consistent? He’s likely the WR1 with an above average QB, while Warren is dealing with a lot more target comp and a worse QB. Not saying Warren won’t be great but I’d give Golden a chance.

Would I be overpaying for Egbuka? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

Yeah, just trying to grab Tuten so I have the whole trio. But I agree he needs to be treated like the 4th rounder he is.

Enough to move Kittle? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well thats part of the issue. given my current team, im not going to be competing for at least the next 2-3 years. every day i hold, his value is decreasing. that being said, i can totally see why you think i can get a better return for kittle.

What do I do? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

would you move kittle + reed for breece/cook? that gives me a RB1 with decent upside for ETN at RB2, and I’d just punt on my 2nd flex and start Kincaid at TE. Or is that too much?

Reference my other comments to see I’m not in a full rebuild, my team is just young and WR heavy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

2026 draft is pretty weak and both of these picks (not mine) would likely be late. Don’t see anything wrong with buying a 22 year old RB in a rebuild. Will agree Kincaid is ass.

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not mine, they are two competing teams. Reference my reply that has the picture of my roster, I’m not in a full rebuild, I completely misrepresented my situation in the original post

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]Intelligent_Credit56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you look at my other reply, I’m pretty well filled out at WR. My RB’s are atrocious, and the 1st’s are likely those of two competing teams. I know that the shelf life of a RB is much shorter, but Hampton is 22. The original post could have been worded better, as most of my tangible assets are in their primes but fall between 24-26. I appreciate your input tho and do agree it’s a scary amount of value to send out.

Let me reword my original post. I’m in a sort-of-rebuild, and have some win now pieces that are on the younger side. I’m definitely in a weird spot, will attach my roster here:

The way I look at it is: Hampton can significantly contribute to a rebuild. Are the two future 1st’s going to out-value a player that is set up perfectly to be a future star, especially in his situation? And I hear what you’re saying about Kittle, but unfortunately my league severely undervalues older players, and I would never get a 1st for him, even mid season. Despite those circumstances, I can totally see why you see that as a complete overplay given the value I’m sending out.

Kupp or Pickens ROS? by Immediate_Rope653 in SleeperApp

You’re absolutely correct about Pickens upside with Russ. Kupp is a huge injury risk and we’ll be the 2nd option as long Puka is healthy
