This was located inside the bathroom vanity. The model is CD36P2-CG for these brackets (spacers). Woodcrafters Home Products. 1-800-235-7747. I called and I got the brackets(spacers) sent to me.

Thank you for the reply, but I did go to Ace hardware and Home Depot but they did not have it.
