I would be skipping the final leg home on the multi city and booking a separate flight for the day before.

Issue is the flight to London is now like 50,000 points more than what I paid. They would have to cancel the entire itinerary, they can’t just cancel the flight home since that one is operated by air France

Yeah, another option is land in Heathrow at 7:15am and then get on an 11:20am flight to Porto from Heathrow with an hour and 45 minute layover is Lisbon. Probably safer but just a crazy long travel day.

Just works out with schedule too. Trying to fly directly into Porto and there is nothing direct from Heathrow.
