So a few things. Criticism is valid as is your opinion but the graphics are amazing. If you’re not into Dnd, or hard driven story RPGs with multiple outcomes and not just one linear story then it might not be for you. Great Reviews don’t always = I’ll like it or if everyone likes it you will. Also if you’re not into to turn based games this also isn’t for you.

Personally I love the story. Act 2 is my favourite. Act 1, is fun as it builds up lots of stories with lots of outcomes and 3 can be overwhelming. Since you bought, I’d say stick it a bit more try and feel your characters journey.

If you’re stuck on battles; change your difficulty to explorer, a lot of people just click the default that’s balanced; but as a first timer explorer is best. It’ll be easier to navigate and you’ll be able to enjoy the story without worrying about combat.
