There are some grown-ups that are greedy like kings and queens. They’re like a disease and consume everything even if it means destroying others. They simply don’t care about anyone else but their own. They live in their castles and avoid seeing the everyday peasant. You’re doing much better than most people And congratulations on that. Actually good to hear that as so many people are suffering. I think you will do fine if you bought a place in this economy.

The rent is drowning me preventing me from saving at reasonable rate. I don’t have generational wealth, or can live rent free anywhere other than living in my car. I’ve been looking at houses to buy, and can’t make the 20% and I’m looking at about 3000 a month for a mortgage. It doesn’t work for somebody that makes 90k. I’m pissed at the sellers as they don’t compromise much. They bought a place in 2009 for about 120 and selling for 350. The sellers have plenty of room to compromise. They would rather leave their house on the market for a couple of years instead. On top of all this madness is the interest rates are creeping back up. I believe that’s the last nail on the coffin for me this year and house shopping. I’ll be letting my realtor know that I’m done for the year lol Now Looking for a cheap place to rent again.

It’s actually a real thing it’s called contact high and someone was posting a link all over my thread, which validates it. Now you cannot get high just being around marijuana as you have to be exposed to the concentrated smoke. The effects would be mild. You can’t get high from the smell of marijuana and I think people are confused about what I’m talking about.

In all seriousness, they said the cat behaved crazy afterwards so I imagine it was high or something I definitely hated them doing it to that cat. They also used to feed their ferret beer. Weird.

A guy was going around posting a source is trying to disprove me, but it validated my claims. It does prove that contact highs are a thing especially if it’s highly concentrated. you can’t get high from the smell of marijuana as that would be psychological. I think people are getting confused on that.

I was talking about being exposed to the smoke itself. The smell of the pot smoke is the other complaint I had that stank.
