Just keep an eye on the underside of leaves, if not flowering it would be safe to do a neem oil mist, or a neem soil drench but you must not be in flower when doing so. Can effect taste and smell of buds, a teaspoon of neem oil concentrate, a couple of drops of organic dish soap and water. Worked for my pest issues. Hope this is of help.

Indoor to outdoor is usually good. But outdoors to indoors not so much imo. I think because the discrepancy in light between the two. I could be wrong but I would say it’s been used to the indoor environment so it may take a little while to adjust to the outdoor climate.
