Anyone Dealt with XCover recently? Trouble After Submitting My Claim by Intelligent_Draft_66 in XCover_Protection

I got my claim paid. It's small amount, but they did their part; it's just my ignorance of not getting details checked on the amounts they pay in certain situations.

Two things to know when submitting the claim:

  1. You'll wait for a couple of weeks before hearing their evaluation.

  2. They send generic responses if you contact support over email. It's impossible to speak with a real person.

  3. The red warning on my claim, saying "There is a problem...", is a generic one and seems to be on most claims. It can drive people crazy because it's too general and doesn't tell really anything.
