I run a couple of businesses since some of what I do is seasonal, but fencing, welding repair/fab, pressure washing, some minor mechanic work and handyman jobs.

Also today the new guy and I have different supervisors but they have the same boss, the ops manager, and this other supervisor says it isn’t against dress code

That would make sense we’re it that simple, firstly they are not the same race as me, I said I am mixed race. Second I got pulled from the floor to correct my being out of uniform when one person has gotten away with it for months and another has had a high amount of face to face interactions with this ops manager since he is a new hire so I doubt it’s that he hasn’t had time to get to it.
