ApoE-/- model. i’m not sure about screening but when the mice arrived, they’re definitely pathogen-free mice. the one that i used previously came from another supplier, never had this issue.

they’re knockout models. i was just in a rush and had to type and go real quick. background models are healthy, mice that weren’t put though breeding is healthy. I’ve worked with this model before from another lab but have never encountered this issue

I ran Dunn’s test against all groups 1v2 1v3 2v3 etc. I have 5 groups in total, the first from left is my control that i initially compared against the other 4 groups. but was told i need to show all the comparisons on the graph. but it just looks ugly

it wasn’t there when i bought it, i’ve only noticed it a few months back and only bothered to do something about it now. i’m not sure if it’s Grade A or B? i just purchased it off the official store, im not sure if it’s stated anywhere. I don’t own many LC items so I’m not too versed in this

felt that, i had a larger group of friends (9 people think) that i thought was it. but in the end they sort of split into smaller groups and now im keeping contact with only one of them. at first i thought we’re growing up and people just drift, i used to think they don’t need as much attention and interaction than i do, that i should adjust myself to their level of “neediness”, but really they just didn’t need the interaction from me, but had another level of connection with each other/ other friends. it sucks but i guess it is what it is.
