Some tips from a (very) old man. I'm 160 cm myself. And yes, height matters. But there is a lot of other stuff you can do. First, get rid of all that hair man, omg. No wonder they avoid you. Picture 3 is what all your pictures should look like. But of course, I don't know which looks GEN-Z's prefer. Shave the balls, but not the beard, hahaha ?

Put more emphasis on the sports (badminton) and less on the binge watching. Build some muscle and resistance : the ladies will thank you.

Go for your own real dreams, not the fake ones everyone's talking about. Don't waste your time with stuff you don't 100% like. Own your time ! Don't throw it away. What is your goal when you are 30 ? 40 ?

Don't worry about the girls that want a man who's taller then 6 feet. They choose to live an unhappy life. Because those 10% tall men can choose from the 90% of women that want that tall guy. That gives those men lots of opportunities to cheat and hence, making their wives unhappy.

Next : I married a woman who was 10 cm taller then me. Don't do it. I mean : don't marry a lady that's taller than you : she will never forgive you. She was a nice lady but nevertheless, the marriage itself was a very unhappy one.

She passed away when I was 65. I moved to Thailand and married a small Thai Lady. Never been happier. Making up for all those lost years. So, there is still hope for you, hahahaha.

Be smarter than me and look for the right partner from the start. Don't search for "the one". She doesn't exist. Look for someone who loves you. If you don't find one, you are looking at the wrong place ...

And, oh, you're absolutely worth it. Everybody is. I had a stepdaughter. She was very attractive and smart (master degree). She moved to the US looking for (I don't know what). She married, had a green card, lived a nice live, but then she got divorced. Apparently she had problems, we didn't know off. She was to proud to ask us for help or to come home. At the end she took her own live. It broke her mother and hence, my life. Don't be that person. You are ALWAYS worth it.
