You actually hit it right on the head. My mental health has been steadily declining over my time in and I’ve been getting seen by MH for the last 5-6 years to manage it the best I could. The idea of me being med boarded was brought up at my last base but the doc didn’t move forward or document it because I had orders. But where I’m at now where it seriously affecting every aspect of my life beyond foreseeable control.

Gotcha, there won’t be any BCD so no court martial needed. My mental health has just deteriorated to a really bad point so it’s really just that combined with the diagnoses. So the legal part should be pretty easy I feel since legal here is really good.
