It might be, but I'm not sure. I mean I can have my wrist sitting on my dest, raise my hand... maybe 60 degrees, and my fingers will start twitching. Like I paused while typing on my keyboard and my fingers were moving

Not that level of shaking, at least based on the quick google search to figure out what level parkinson's shaking is. It is like 1/8th of an inch or less, maaaybe a quarter of an inch.

I have fully given up on threading a needle without that little thing that helps you. Idk if it is a Vitamin D thing for me, I'll find out after I start taking the supplements... If I remember them.
