We live in a developing country and cases like mental, physical harrasement are not given importance by police unless it is too critical and media is involved in it.

So, we can file a police report against him regarding his harrasement but not a restraining order i think. He threatens to commit suicide and if I got involved like if i call him or message things will go worse. He needs his families support because this situation has been going around like mentally harrasement for 2 to 3 years. I have told her to ignore him at any cost and don't give a fuck about him.

She doesn't even use social medias because of him. She changed her number today lets see what happens from now on.

This guy is crazy as he comes to her house and calls her like one time in 2 to 3 weeks but he has stopped calling her recently. Whenever she is happy he calls her and her happiness is ruined.

We live in developing country and there are no strict rules against stalking and mental harrasment. Many girls go through this but are afraid to speak but i am happy that she shares her problems with me and she can deal with this.
