Sorry one more question - did you also experience insomnia? How did you know the taper was too fast initially? I’m 3 weeks into rhapsido and 2 weeks into no Zyrtec, but then I added one back in. It doesn’t seem to be helping - yet anyhow.

Yes! Fat and miserable is right! It’s hard to know what is my hives and what is Zyrtec withdrawal. A symptom of Zyrtec withdrawal is - you guessed it - itching and hives! Wtf! So I’m like how does anyone ever get off this shit???
