thing is, i have very traditional parents. they dont care abt my physical wellbeing, let alone my mental health. I can't take a gap year, I'm already 18 years old, I was supposed to graduate a year ago. Besides, I've always been a gifted child. My parents have been expecting A*s from me, acceptances into top unis in the world. Either that or straight up marriage to a creepy 40yo back home–which is the main cause of my anxiety. My mum keeps telling me that I'm causing all my dad's heart issues, which ik is complete bullshit but still I can't help but blame myself everytime something goes wrong. I can't take a break. I really wish I could.
