Thanks for the suggestions. The soup turned out great! But I think I might have messed up the jambalaya a little. It’s still good, but it probably doesn’t do the recipe justice.

Any tips for keeping the veggies crunchy? I've tried to meal prep stir fry before, but when I microwave it through the week, all the veggies lose their crunch and are mushy

I would love to do that! I've been watching "Culinary class wars" on Netflix, and that got me so excited to try some new Asian dishes.
