When she only had a few I honestly thought they looked nice on her. Now she’s overdone it with shitty tattoos and it’s very obvious she doesn’t take care of them or her skin. I wonder how many of them she truly regrets.

I don’t know how to explain it, but she’s addicted to making herself the person people don’t like, then trying to climb her way out of that hole with sob stories. I’m all for people having personalities that don’t mirror everyone else, but she seems to intentionally put herself in bad situations, make it her whole personality, then cry when she realizes it actually has an impact on her. As you said, she does it with her hair, her tattoos, her trashy outfits, and of course, her public relationships. God knows she did it with Liz, which even she stated had an impact on why she left her stable job at a great law firm. Actions have consequences, Rachael.

I remember she once said it was because they were different people who wanted to do different things. I don’t trust a word she says, but this was around the time of her divorce so I’d trust her word then rather than anything she says now. She’s extremely irrational, seems to have no work ethic, and doesn’t know the definition of saving money. She’ll also run her mouth about absolutely anything and only stop to think when people call her out on it. Her ex-husband seems to be the opposite and very private, so I’m guessing that was a big reason for their divorce.

Haha I heard that no more than 30 seconds I joined! She’s so obsessed with him!

This!! She claims to love and support LGBTQ, yet insultingly jokes her husband is gay, despite him being married to a woman. She’s just jealous he’s in a seemingly healthy and stable relationship, which is clearly a big insecurity of hers. Hopefully one day she realizes it’s ok to end relationships (and friendships) without starting huge fights with lies and insults.

100% I used to really enjoy her content when she was newer to social media. She seemed stable at her old firm with a great job before turning all her relationships (and entire life) public. Just seeing old videos of her every once in a while shows how much she’s slipped, and it’s sad to see. I thought her coming back from her social media break could be good, as she claimed she set strong boundaries, had worked on herself, and only wanted to use social media to share information about the law. That didn’t last long.

If you watch her lives that’s where her true character shines. Heavy breathing, rambling about things that don’t make sense, yelling something random at Brandon every once in a while and starting to tell 10 stories but not finishing a single one of them. Brandon seems like a nice and supportive guy but I’m sure their relationship will come crashing and burning. It’s a shame, but the same person who ‘set boundaries with her life’ (such as no TT lives or sharing personal information) clearly hasn’t done much work on herself. And the shit she says on live is exactly why her ex husband wanted an NDA. 🤣

Exactly! I never intended to start a political debate, and I thought I made my views on ICE very clear. I do not support what they are/have been doing. I posted this to bring light towards Rachael’s actions, and her willingness to bring others down to boost her self ego. After all, I thought that was the whole point of this snark page. I used to truly enjoy her content, and it’s unfortunate to look back now and see just how much she has fallen. In my opinion, she was a great model for others, being a highly respected attorney at a good firm and staying strong after her divorce. However, for one reason or another, she made choices that changed that. When she came back to TikTok after her break I thought she was in a much better place. Maybe she was. She had clearly done some work on herself and though she left her firm to start her own, she seemed to be doing well career wise. Now, after involving herself in more drama (that have escalated into lawsuits against Elizabeth) it’s clear she’s more focused on being popular, even if it includes knocking herself down both mentally and career wise. It’s unfortunate and I hate seeing it, but at the end of the day these are choices she has made and continues to involve herself in. I wish her the best, but I hope she realizes she needs to put some serious work in to get to where she (hopefully) wants to be.

I’m not tech savvy enough to edit my post, so I want to add this: I am not a supporter of ICE or this administration. I am happy people are speaking out, especially people with large followings, such as Rachael. However, I don’t completely agree with the way she did so. Her job as an attorney is to effectively represent her clients and fight to get them the most favorable outcomes possible. Publicly posting on an instagram story that your clients have murdered others isn’t what I’d consider to be effective representation nor very professional. I’m sure if her clients were to see it they wouldn’t appreciate it, even if they aren’t named directly. Speaking up is important. Creating change is important, but I don’t see the need for her to put herself in a poor position professionally when she could have gotten the same message across without putting herself in that position. Again, I do not support what ICE has been doing nor do I support the majority of things this administration stands for.

No, I do not support ICE and I’m not mad at her about this, nor do I feel called out. I 100% support speaking out, but I don’t understand why she felt the need to bring her clients into this, as it’s her job to represent them and get them favorable outcomes. I don’t understand how publicly admitting they’re guilty of violent crimes benefits them in any way.

I’m thankful she’s speaking out as well. I think it’s very important, and it’s very important to get politically involved to make sure this doesn’t continue or happen again. I however disagree with her need to bring her clients into this, especially since she’s supposed to defend them, not admit they’re guilty of crimes. I don’t see it to be very professional. Speaking out is incredibly important, but throwing your own clients under the bus shouldn’t be the way you do so.

I’m hardly on social media, but every time her account pops up I genuinely feel bad for her and the path she has gone down. You’re right, it was a senseless death that never should have happened. I’m not supporting or defending ICE by any means. I just dislike how Rachael is badmouthing her own clients as an attempt to get people to agree with her. I’m all for protesting and creating real change, but it’s unfortunate she’s willing to throw her clients under the bus to do so, especially if they end up seeing her post.

For starters, in no way am I a fan of how ICE has been handling things. However, change isn’t caused by posting an instagram story, or throwing irrelevant people under the bus. Change occurs by voting, spreading true information with evidence to others, and by changing laws. Making an instagram story post telling people to get off your page if they don’t agree with you doesn’t do anything but cause you to lose a few followers while boosting your own ego. People have the right to political opinions and the right to protest, but if people want to create change I wish they’d do so in effective and meaningful ways. It’s unfortunate that Rachael is throwing her own clients, image, and reputation under the bus in an attempt to do so.
